ADMISSION EXAMINATION – MARCH 2020
To all Registered Candidate and Professional Associated Valuers
The office is now accepting applications for March 2020 Admission Examination.
Closing date for the submission of applications is Friday 29 November 2019 at 13h00.
Applications can be delivered by courier or hand delivery to the Office (77 Kariba Street, Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria, 0081) or posted to P O Box 114, Menlyn, 0063. Registered mail will also be accepted.
Examination date: 18 March 2020
Anyone who has previously been granted permission to write an admission examination but was unable to write OR was unsuccessful need only submit an email by 29 November 2019 stating his/her desire to write the examination in March 2020; there is no need to submit an application form. Submit an email to email@example.com.
If you applied and your application was unsuccessful (not approved) you must submit a new application.
NB: For this examination any Professional Associated Valuer may sit for the Professional Valuer exam as long as his/her experience qualifies him/her to do so.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. Examination fee only payable after the application has been approved.
1.2 Any applications that are incomplete or sent by fax or e-mail will not be considered. (Refer to "Guide to Applying for Admission Examination" see below).
1.3 Except as specified in the note above, one must be registered with the Council for at least two years before applying to sit for the Admission Examination and if ones registration was cancelled, he/she must be registered for at least one year before applying for the examination (Refer to "Guide to Applying for Admission Examination"--see below).
1.4 Please note that you cannot sit for examination if your annual fee is not paid in full.
1.5 Late applications and payment will not be considered.
1.6 As from 1 April 2020, registered persons will not be allowed to sit for the Professional Valuers admission examination without an accredited qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
