Responsible for undertaking municipal valuations and managing valuation-related tasks including the compilation and maintenance of the General and Supplementary Valuations Roll. The Manager: Valuations will also provide market valuations, assist with appeals, and contribute to asset verification.
- Matric - National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) in Property Valuation or equivalent - Registered as a Professional or Associated Valuer (unrestricted) with SACPVP - Minimum 5 years' experience in municipal valuations - Valid Code B/EB driver's license - Sound knowledge of the Municipal Property Rates Act - Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and work independently - Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles
